Default Flowmaster collector

On a set of Flowmaster Scavenger 4 2 1 collectors where is the best place to install the crankcase evac fitting ? Should you install it in the side behind the 4 small tubes or behind the 2 tubes ? I'm afraid if it's installed too far back it may not pull enough vacuum.

Default Re: Flowmaster collector

It was a long time ago , but I tried a set on my 302 bracket motor. I believe I had the bung for the evac placed after the small tubes in the final exit pipe. I never played with them on a dyno, but I don’t remember seeing anything at the track. My advice would be get a set of merge collectors. The 421 deal might pick up a little, but I think it would be more of a fine tuning adjustment.
