Default Kirkey seats

Thinking about changing to Kirkey seats. I am kind of a fluffy fellow.... ok I’m just fat..lol. What are advantages and disadvantages to the Kirby seat angles. They make several lay back angles. Thanks guys.

Default Re: Kit key seats

The series 55 seat is 18 degree is the most common angle used for Drag racing applications.
Its comparable to most factory seats.
The 55 series is available up to 20 " wide , big enough for just about anyone.
Don't use the series 16 seats , they are flimsy ,light weight pieces.
depending on your body style there are several company's besides Kirkey that make sturdy ,adjustable seat car specific mounting kits for them . .....I prefer Racecraft for the cars that I don't make custom ones for .

I just made bolt-in mounts for that seat for a Camaro application and can do others. There's pictures on my website if you're interested.
