Bbc intake question

Has anyone removed the factory exhaust crossover from a bbc intake manifold or is it even possible? I seen an article on jim hands old Pontiac wagon and it had me wondering if it was possible with a bbc intake. It would give it an air gap effect. Thanks

Complete different animal , not feasible . Get a Summit or Jegs catalog and pony up. ---Trevor
