Looking for ways to remove weight off front end of super stocker. Is block lightening legal for super stock? Anyone done this- how much weight did you save?

I have looked at Wells Racing site but they only list SBC programs listed. There are 3 other places in PA and LSM that I have found.

Does anyone know if it is legal?

Also, has anyone done it to a Dart sportsman BBC? What was the weight savings?

Weston Machine in NJ does block lightening. Not sure of cost or weight savings. Would have to think that is not legal. But a lot of things ain't.
