OK, I've been waiting but no ones gonna spill...what was with the upside down lettering?

C'mon, what's the story?

EDIT: Wow, that's a tight one, Arnie and I both posted at 11:12pm....apparently he had a better light, he got on first....story of my life.HA!

Okay.... W.A. had a bit of a rivalry going with Tex Miller . When he ran the 4 bbl, he was in the same class as Tex's Torino (L/SA )
Lee managed to outrun Tex in a heads up run somewhere (can't remember where)
As you can imagine, Tex didn't take it too well.

Next event, Lee shows up with "MILLER KILLER" in upside down lettering on the sides of his car. He later blocked it out ..Maybe Marc remembers why.

Hey mike you should be building helocopters right about now!! ha ha!
I understand why people are hesitant about bringing this up (dont want to
upset people) and they are being respectiful. But just ask "good old Dad"
he will tell you the whole story unedited of course! or just call me at work and i"ll meet you down the cafeteria between shifts and tell you how much i
know BTW i remember Lee was going to build a 70 402 chevelle wagon
for stock years ago.
