Battery Chargers
Good Morning,
Does anyone know who makes a good battery charger? Just like their floor jacks my second craftsman just quit. Thanks. Shaun |

Re: Battery Chargers
Look for the "old style" MANUAL chargers the ones with just a meter forget about those fancy ones that are digital and all-- not sure but I believe Schumacher used to make the chargers for Sears not sure who is making them now---- you see lotsa "new style" ( digital) Schumacher chargers for sale either used or reconditioned so I imagine the failure rate is reasonably high Got 3 Sears chargers one is at least 30 years old the other 2 are more than 8-10 years old these 2 are 2-10 Amp trickle chargers the oldest one is a 10/50/200 Amp Charger---FED 387

Re: Battery Chargers
I had a Sears, and now have a newer Schumacher. If it dies, I will go this route---

Re: Battery Chargers
Thank You Fellas,
We have a real old starter/alternator rebuild shop in my City that sells Schumacher and the Old timers said you can't go wrong and they had them in stock so I grabbed one. Thanks again I appreciate it |
