I know that they have had the new stick shift tires for awhile now is there any gain in E.T. and M.P.H. with theses tires over the tires they had 6yrs ago.The 29.5 x 9.0 x 15.0 .

Is there a performance advantage with these tires? Maybe. I have run M/T and Goodyear and have not really seen a gain in M/T but I believe they are more consistent. When the Goodyears are done, they are done. The M/T tires seem to work good even when they are worn out. Hoosier has a stick they they call a lightweight also. Never tried them. On a side note, just received 10 sets of 3074ST M/T tires that are 14x32 stick tires. I believe M/T also has a few sets left from a recent batch run also. I do not believe these tires are listed in M/T's catalog. Any one need a pair, call me. __________________________________ Andy Stone 1102 A/S 1112 SS/C |

Re: Mickey Thompson Stick Tire
On my mustang the stiff sidewall tire picked up .05 over the regular MT. But the most key thing was its more consistent. I've ran 1.49 60 ft 12 runs in a row on diff times of testing. Well worth the buy....
