Default 340 and BB Mopar

I was digging through my cores and found a complete 1970 mod 340 Mopar engine.
Is it worth keeping? Should I send it to the scrap heap?
I also found 4 Ea. 2406516 Mopar heads that fit 361/383/413/426 with 2.08 1.60 valves. The date codes look like they fit a 66 year mod and 67 year mod car. Is there any need to keep these for racers or restoration?

Adger, ya need an LD-340 intake for that thing!
As far as the heads, Mopars can use Edelbrock heads now no need for keeping them unless you can find some restorers.

If they are cheap enough, I might make the drive up from Dallas and add them to my pile. As Arlo Guthrie said, it's better to have one big pile instead of two small piles. As long as Officer Obie isn't around.

A 340 engine is worth $1000 to $1500. Some guy ask a bunch more than that!

The 516 heads are replaced by 915 that are a bunch better!
They are worth about what they weigh for scrap!

Not to mention the 8x10 color glossies with circles and arrows and paragraphs on the back!

Maybe Adger will send me the "twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one was" to me?

I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and may you "have a thanksgiving
dinner that can't be beat, go to sleep and don't get up until the next morning."
