Different Brogie series ?
I have been a fan for a long time of the Warren Brogie built 27 T roadsters. I know they were built in different series. What is the difference of the series ? I know that the series V has the cantilever suspension and the aero style body.

Re: Different Brogie series ?
I have worked on several Brogies .
The one thing I can tell you is that it seems no two are the same , even within the same series. I have only seen one non Series V car that had a drivers side gas pedal , and the owner had moved it there. The series 1 and 2 cars I believe wer only 2x3 frames with ladder bars. The 3 and 4 series got more swoopy and had 4 links or ladder bars. The Series V cars also can be non cantilever in the rear , as Warren sold kit chassis that had a different tail section on them and were made for conventional coilovers. I built one of them several years ago and mounted a used MkV body on it , which took some modifications due to minor chassis differences between the kit and Warren built cars. Regardless of the series , they are great working cars. Just beware,if the chassis is out of cert, all of these chassis need several bars added to meet the current 10.4 SFI spec.
