Default Plus Size Car Racing 2015

Hello ALL:
ECIRS - East Coast Impala Racing Series is opening up our invitations to
ALL Plus Size Cars and Trucks for 2015 racing season.

Meaning basically over 3800lb with Driver.
OR
American Built Plus Size Cars of any Vintage

It is a fun Series. Been racing together for more than 15 years.
Race for Trophies and Plaque.
Run most of the Division 1 Tracks.
Top 10 win Fresh Racing Jackets or other Racing apparel.

Some track days we have two races in one day.
So there is a lot of opportunity to take laps.

Before racing we grill, share food and drink and of course BENCH Race

Races are scheduled at Englishtown, NJ; Island Dragway, NJ; Cecil County, MD; Mason Dixon, MD; Capitol Raceway, MD; and Empire NY.

We are finalizing our race dates and you can check out the website at www.ECIRS.net

Feel free to register and comment at www.impalassforum.com

Hope everyone is safe and look forward to your feedback.

Sincerely,
Dan Fahey

Hey, I could get in on that plus size driver deal !

Hey Dwight, I see you are in Ark. We use to race a lot at Prescott. Are there any other tracks in Ark now ?

Do you recognize this old Ark track ? TJ took this pic in around '75 or '76, I think. Pretty cool, huh ? A mobile timing tower and a 5-amber tree.

Didn't you read the whole thing Jeff -- they eat and drink first - then race .And if I add two hundred pounds to my Camaro I could jump in - your Challenger is plus sized if I remember correctly .................This ain't the swamp ! ! !

That is the old Carlisle Drag-O-Way. I cut my teeth there. If the picture is from 75-76, odds are I was there. Before that, I worked with the crew that ran it. The mobile timing tower was a huge improvement over what was before that! Here's another pic:

Jeanie and I raced our old '56 Chevy Jr. Stocker there many times.
