Joe Sherman
This racer was always in s/s drag illustrated magazine on low budget ideas ,he ran a 77 or 78 nova ,dont remember if it was a class car ,was wondering if still around anybody remember this guy

Joe Sherman is a great guy and great engine builder. That Nova was major inspiration to me way back then.

There is a Joe Sherman that is a renouned engine builder who frequently enters the 'Engine Masters Challenge' and usually does very well.

Yes Joe is still very active with engine building. I've been friend with his son Steve since the mid-late 70s, who is running one of his dad's bullets in his early Nova, "The Shermanator".
