Okay Friday here on thursday. Don't see one of those
elcamino's or monte carlo's that were added to the
books yet for one. I thought Larry had the cuda entered.
The truck from Div 7 I did not see yet. ??
I will be mildly surprised if it doesn't get to 200...
Looked in archives. 187 2014 after final
qualifying??

Larry's Cuda is entered, Car #383 - A/SA. I will also be surprised if it doesn't reach 200; then the question becomes, will the NHRA raise the quota?

I really wanted to go one more time. Local machine shop messed up my heads. Got a valve job I didn't ask for. I now have sunken 45 degree seats. If I went, I wouldn't run class. Be too embarrassing.

Of course does not mean he could not bring a

He could bring the "Cowboy Cadillac" that was the #1 qualifier last year at 2.217 under. But he usually only brings it to Indy every 10 years on Indy anniversary years; he brought it last year to the 60th Indy, so, if he holds true to form, he won't bring it until the 70th Indy in 2024.

And that was just the beginning. Larry ran a 12.798 in the first round of Stock which was a shocking 2.452 under! Does the automatic HP go beyond NHRA`s printed AHFS scale of -1.999?

Do all runs matter for the "AHFS" or just qualifying?
Trully amazing and shocking! Neat write up in national dragster
last year documenting these monumental runs.
Does anyone think there will be any 2 second
plus runs under this year? Maybe a "FS" car?
