Common on Powerglides with 7 or more direct clutches .
Check with your trans builder on how many discs you have and how much clearance they have.
Even with increased clearance there will still be some rocking due to the drag of so many clutches ,especially when the fluid is cold.
That's why Stock and SS cars run as few clutches as possible and run o ring segments between the plates to keep the discs from creating drag and slowing up ET, not a big issue on most .90 cars.

Thanks, that is exactly what I have. I'll contact my transmission builder Kenny (PTC).

Unless the parking paw has been removed it's impossible for the trans to rock significantly (it's mechanically locked) if it rocks in neutral as stated previously is a result of the direct (high gear) clutches dragging and is pretty much normal and to be expected. Don't worry about it.

Also double-check that your shifter cable is adjusted properly. Check it in more than one gear position. I like to check Park and Low.
