Re: Original hemi dart information
Ah yes, Marcel Studios.
From an email I received in the aforementioned StockSSDragRacing Yahoo! Group a few years ago: Old Track Photographer!! Guys I've decided to share this info here. Trip Marcel was the track photographer for Englishtown Raceway Park NJ.If you have any old Raceway News you will notice his name printed below the picture.I have talked to him and he has tons of never before seen pictures. He's located in New Jersey and his email is marcelb@msn.com or Marcel Studios 107 Central Av. Ridgefield ,NJ 07660 or 201-641-7778 Voice or 201-641-9272 fax. I don't know what it will cost so call for prices. If he ask how you found out about him tell him Dan from NJ. http://www.marcelstudios.com/contact.html "Hello, do you happen to have a photo or two of the Manhattan Speed Parts Dart...? Re: Original hemi dart information
Daryl - have you ever considered locating any of the Mutt Brothers gang from bitd, in regards to the Manhattan Speed Shop Dart? One would think that those New York city area Hemi racers would've had at least some contact with one another back then.

Thankyou to all for the new ideas. . They are being followed up on as I type, as time allows. Each one will be pushed. jerry Manhattan Speed Decal--- $11.00 each plus $24.95 shipping to Canada. I have no issue paying $22.00 for the items. I DO have issue with the shipping cost due to the size of an envelope. For me to send a letter to the USA it costs me $1.25. Not sure where they come up the rest of the cost. I'm not saying I won't saddle up for them, BUT, SOAB, the shipping cost to here is freakin robbery. Welcome to the world of north of the 49th parallell once again. Dangling the old perverbial carrot in front of my nose,------- but it's just outta reach. I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING on this.... HELP ME OUT HERE PLEASE !!!!!! Pictures would be a definate asset!!!!! How do you know this??? Where are you finding this info??????? Are you going by memory,----or??????. Comon buddy, it's time to spill your guts liteweight |
