Default Anti Roll Bar and Eibach Drag Launch Springs

For the Mustang 5.0 stocker - If I installed the bolt-in anti roll bar do I have to ditch the eibach drag launch rear springs and go to the same left and right spring rates? I let all the air out of the air bag and scaled the car and have even weight on both rear tires at full race weight. Oh yea and I ditched the rear factory sway bar also.

I would contact Team Z out of Taylor, MI. They are the Fox Body guru's.

Can't say what's what yet as the car hasn't been to the track yet. Using Team Z uppers, Southside lowers and stock GT springs...I elected to leave the factory sway bar on for the first attempt.

To the Original Poster:
When using an Anti Roll bar, The spring rates should be even. The ARB is now controlling Body Roll, Not the Springs

I would suggest not using the South Side and The Team Z uppers together. Both of those bars are trying to accomplish the same goal, changing the suspension geometry. I would use one or the other. The Team Z bars are what I use in my car. I have an NMRA Coyote Stock car that makes 450rwhp and weighed 2700lbs and went a 1.29 60 with Team Z products.

But will it work? I can easily swap lowers if need be. I also know the car won't be near as light as Mike's and nowhere near the hp.

Probably will.
Probably would work with just a lot of ballast and an air bag as well.
At least you're supporting the aftermarket this way. ;-)

When you use the anti-roll bar you will need the same spring rate on each side of the car. Team Z offers some nice parts for stock location springs in a few different spring rates. I use coil overs with 110# springs with the anti-roll bar with zero pre-load in the bar.

Stock Eliminator requires an OEM configuration rear suspension, therefore, coil overs are not legal in the class.

Thank you. I understand that was just using it as a reference in spring rates.
