Computer guys and Class racer mods Help needed
For the last couple of weeks. I have been having a problem with my computer and Class Racer. Com. When I try to click on anything. It loads the very top of the page and then just sits there and wont load any more. If I refresh it a couple of times it will then load but very very slowly. It only happens here all the other sites are lightning fast like always. Seems to be getting worse over the last few days. To the point that it took over 5 min just to get the front page to come up. I am by no means a computer guru. Anybody have any ideas.
Thank You in advance for any help you can give. Rob |

You might want to try removing your temporary internet files and cookies. What browser are you using.

Re: Computer guys and Class racer mods Help needed
I had a similar problem with Internet explorer and it eventually happened to some degree on every site I tried to visit.
I downloaded Mozilla and use it to browse on that computer, and the problem is totally gone. Safari, Chrome, or anything but IE will probably solve your problem. Ultimately I determined that IE, which is deeply integrated into the operating system was located in an area of my hard drive that had permanent errors on it. So that is probably the reason for the problem. I really don't miss IE with it's security weaknesses and overhead. Mozilla loads pages much faster than IE. So I am staying with it. If you don't want to use another browser, try defragging your hard drive, and/or resizing/recreating your hard drive partition. And make sure that you have the latest version of IE. Hope something works for you. David The New Hemi Guy Last edited by NewHemi; 02-26-2013 at 03:46 PM. |
