Default Oxygen sensor cleaning

What is the best way to clean an O2 sensor? Is it just smarter to replace them ? There are plenty of online videos but I just am not sure if they are trust worthy.

I have put O2 sensor bosses in my street car and ran them with my fuel air meter for a few hundred miles..

Don't waste your time cleaning them, replace them with new ones.
