Live From Phoenix
We're in the stacking line at last. Arrived at 6.45 am this morning after spending a relaxing week at an RV park south of the track to find probably 50 or more rigs there ahead of us. Looks like when all is said and done we're about 75th in line as they are not handing out numbers. We're supposed to start pitting tomorrow about 9 or 10 AM. Time to spend a relaxing day visiting with all our racer friends.

Re: Live From Phoenix
Good luck to all this weekend, especially those from up here. I hope the weather is great and the racing is close with lots of Division 6 guys in the finals of many catagories.

Re: Live From Phoenix
In and pitted. Took a while but Redman did his usual good job of making sure everyone got the pit spots they wanted. Teching tomorrow and racing on Friday. After sitting in an RV park for a week it will be good to get back racing. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow.

Re: Live From Phoenix
Speaking for only myself here, Bob...while everyone else is debating the finer points of NHRA vs Street Inlaws, I'm wishing I was in sunny AZ lounging in the pits instead of thrashing on my car in 11.3*F Nebraska! Have fun!

Re: Live From Phoenix
Made it thru tech today. And other than normal maintenance not much happening. Almost 80 here now. This morning was a pretty good barometer for here. 29.01. If it stays like this it should make for some fast runs tommorow morning. Relax tonite with friends doing a barbeque and a few wobbly pops.

Round one in stock and super stock in the books. Above average conditions about a tenth behind Pomona. On my run T59.9 28.72BP 51.2%H 1222 DA. Second qualifying in stock next up after super gas.
