Default How to help NHRA get with the times

To our new President of NHRA, number 1 on your list, TALK TO THE RACER and THEN TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER! Number TWO LOWER THE PRICE OF YOUR TICKETS, BE CONSUMER FRIENDLY. MOVE THE PRO's along, they take too much time getting ready, make their race car look like race cars not spaceship(this will cause them to slow down a little, start imposing rule change to allow more participation from new spectator. start investing money for Divisional events. get ride of the dead wood in Glendora.Claude Ruel

When a new manager takes over, normally they will introduce themselves and give a little speech on their vision or "way forward". Part of that is listening to your new subordinates and learning any issues you'll need to deal with that you don't know about.

However, when you slide from one position to a new one in the same organization, you just assume the new role and business carries on as usual because you think you already know all the issues.

I really hope he "goes for a walk and talk" and makes it beyond the pro's. If he's the new leadership, he better get input from everybody not just the same select few that compton stumbled around in a drunken stupor with.
