Default Torqueflite to GM

I have a customer that runs a 727 TqFlite and needs to change the input and Front pump to GM/PG. Who has the parts for this modification?

Don't Know about that But there are 904 transmissions with GM bolt patterns - were in AMC 80's vehicles with the 4 cyl GM motors.

Without a doubt, ProTrans in Waco, TX. BTW A-1 is in Portland.

Unless A1 has moved, they are in Vancouver Wa.

You’re right, just across the mighty Columbia. Washingtonians would probably take offense at my error. Had them saved in my Google maps because whenever I go back west (this year the first in the last 10 I didn’t make it) I’ve got one of their converters I want them to adjust for me.

Adger, I don't have your answer, but are you sure you want 17 spline, rather than 30
(T 350) ?

X3 on Pro Trans

You can not do better than to call Dave Smith and family!

We have been doing business with them for well over 30
years and have never been Disappointed by their workmanship!!

At one Race = We broke the transmission front pump
in Jon's Superstock. The Smith family dropped everything and
repaired it before the next round of eliminations. He was
at that time in contention for the National Championship.
Oh = I forgot to mention that we had him in the next round
of Eliminations!!

Yes, Mark.
This is a 452 cu in B1-TS with an adapted Chevy bolt up starter and Chevy crank flange.
It uses a Chevy flywheel
The block is a P&S with the Mopar 727 bell housing bolt pattern. (With the PG We used a motor plate as an adapter)
We ran it in Comp with a PG at first and a Pro trans later.
The potential new owner wants to run a 727. He has a real good one..
All 5 A-1 converters we have for the engine are PG spline.
We have been having trouble getting Dave Smith on the phone.

Dave moved last year and is sometime tough to catch.
Keep trying and you will reach him.
