Default MSD cap/rotor ?

I have an old cast MSD dist in my SBC, that I have used for a long time. long years back I bought a 'Cap-A-Dapt' for it. it was always close to the firewall. now the body mounts have settled and the cap is almost touching.
this is long to make a clear point...
a stock window point type cap fits the dist. body. a stock point type rotor fits the advance plate. but the MSD advance plate is 1/8" higher than a carbon smashes the finger].stock Chevy dist. so a stock rotor will NOT fit using a stock cap. [the coil
MSD makes a HEI male cap [8433], which is supposed to fit the dist body. however they do not show a rotor which will absolutely fit.
anyone have ideas, experience, suggestions?
I dont want to spend $60.00 for nothing.
and yes, I did contact MSD/Holley with their promised reply in 2 days. and that was a week ago!

thanks Rod in AZ

MSD 8467 is the correct rotor for the MSD 8433 cap--
