John, I don't know how much you want to spend, but I know of a few guys running the schoenfeld step headers with good dyno and track results. There priced right and seem to be well constructed (welds, bends, etc.) Check out there website. gsa612

Re: Header size 350ci 280hp
Thanks I was looking at them. Just trying to get an idea what size would work best. I am assuming the 1 5/8 to 1 3/4 on a stocker would be the better size.

1 3/4" is a good place to start. It's a good base line. Many racers have had problems and have lost et trying step headers. I would suggest Stahl if they are still making them. They may not be the fastest but would be close. Also, Hooker Super Comps with merge collectors are a good base line.

DynaTech makes a beautiful 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" step header for that car, it comes with NitroPlate coating, and the price is excellent.

I would take the free advice form this guy. I hear he may have a clue or two about headers .

Re: Header size 350ci 280hp
Thanks for all the help. After checking with Stahl I will probably just have Jere fix the Stahl headers that I have now. Very good guy to deal with.
