Default After Market Blocks/Super Stock

Is it possible/legal to run an after market block in a modified Super Stock class. ex. Dart block in SS/AM

Since they can be run in Stock Eliminator, and the regular Super Stock classes, I'd say they can. The accepted parts can be found at the end of the Accepted Products list, around page 80, I think.

Of course, as with anything, you should get it in writing from Glendora.

No kidding? I thought you had to run GM Perf. Parts in GM and Ford Racing in Fords?

Like Alan said; if it is an aftermarket part, not available from the OEM, it must be in the NHRA accepted list.

They have accepted a few aftermarket blocks.

Hey yall, just remember just cause it says stock, doesnt mean it has to be stock. I think it just means it has to be in stock some where or place. Dont you just love our growth. Get you some Aluminummm heads also and rocker arms
