“Live” from the Arizona Nationals
After dodging snow, rain and high winds, myself and Randy Mans made the trek from Minnesota to the race in Phoenix. The rush to the entrance gate started at 5:15 AM. We are now in the outer staging lot waiting to get parked tomorrow. 80 plus degrees now, going to cool off later in the week. About 120 rigs in so far. Later! Dyno

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
Not a lot to report today. Everyone seemed to get pitted okay. This is my first time here, so I wasn’t sure what is a good or bad pit spot. Pretty nice weather for a guy from Minnesota, but it is supposed to be 20* degrees cooler tomorrow. Could be fast. Stock/ SS get 3 runs tomorrow so that is good for the racers making this their first race of the year. Anyone else here please add to the thread! Dyno

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
Two rounds of qualifying finished, scheduled for one more. Track has been down for a while as some cars were getting loose on the top end. Results have been posted on DRC. Much cooler today, but the wind has been picking up and seems to change direction often. Dyno

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
I’d bet you guys won’t get a Q3. Been down too long and only an hour away from starting the circus.
I haven’t been able to watch Stock run today, but did catch the tail-end of both SS sessions. Looked like quite a bit of cars spinning the tires.

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
First time in years that the Aspen Wagon N/SA
has spun the tires at a national event track.

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
I turned it on a short time ago and see no action for hours....
I did back it up and saw a S/G get very loose and they stopped Does that track have water issues ? We call it weepers around here and it's pretty common after hard rain and then strong sun and water under the track..... Just wondering since they did not say what the issue is...

Re: “Live” from the Arizona Nationals
I see a few interesting match ups without a 3rd qualifier in both classes.
