Trustworthy Contact in Portland, OR

Good Morning - Do any of you have a contact in or around the Portland, Oregon area .. preferably an automobile enthusiast? I've given a verbal commitment to buy a car "UNSEEN" (except for photos) and would sure like to have someone I can trust to just take a look at it, nothing more. Not that I suspect any mischief going on; it's just a really expensive internet transaction from a small dealership. I'd be more than happy to pay for the person's time to do so - THANKS!
