Yes he won the Gators but the car name was somthing else. I remember seeing Swampys Toy at English Town and Grump was having his picture taken with the car and that MARSH guy who owned it. It was red on the side and white on the top like Grumpys car at that time. I will dig for the magazine that shows the picture. Georges car was white at one time before you guys ran him at the Gators. Let you know when I find it. P.S. I remember teching you guys in at English Town in 1974 or 75 when you had the Charger and I worked for NHRA..

Let's not forget our friend , intrepid track reporter Big Larry Hill, who won the Southernationals a few years back with his V6 pickup truck.

Mark - I would venture to guess that you won a National Event with the slowest ET!

Hmm, Not sure about George Williams' Rampage Z/Stocker.
We need an archivist to look into this. How about Tony Janes?

, Back then ,the early runs weren't recorded either. I seem to remember adding about 8 tenths to the ET to stay out of trouble.

This is burned in my mind. It looked like George stumbled a bit off the line. I thought we had it in the bag.
