Any SS/CX racers?
Does anybody know if there are any current SS/CX class racers? I'm looking at doing a 164" combo but I'd like to see what other people are running.

Re: Any SS/CX racers?
The Pinto in Henderson belongs to Jan Williams who lives close by near Roxboro,NC. Clem La Chance and I spoke with him At the show. Car is powered by a 2.8 ltr. V6 and runs 7.20s in the 1/8 mile. He said that he has not been too active with this car recently at the track.

Re: Any SS/CX racers?
So you are going to have a cx car built that the weight will only be 1937 lbs.

Re: Any SS/CX racers?
Should be 2050lbs. for a 164" engine @ 12.5lbs. per cubic inch right?
I think I can make that happen. |
