Weld Drag Star stuck on studs

I am using the washers under the nuts. Not sure why it happened this time. Tires had been on about 25 passes since rotated. Normally these had slid right on and off also, on the 5/8th studs.
Will rotate them more often, and watch them to see how they look next time.
I did put some antiseize on them also.
