News, Newsletter, Banquet etc

Please excuse our delay in getting the newsletter out for the end of the season. We are trying to get alot of info in the last regular newsletter before the Banquet. The newsletter will have all the results and writeups, checks for those with money coming from the shootout and race. Our hope is that the confirmed banquet date and location will also be included.

Dan, the banquet is going to be Feb. 5 at the Sturbridge Host. I'll post all the info here right after the holidays.

Don, once we know the date of Dean's party we'll put something on about it.

Is the newsletter exclusive to members only?

I go to a lot of their races as a fan and they have me on their list-I also go to the banquet.

We have a couple of mailings that go out to our full list, one is for the banquet and the other is before the season begins. Only paid members or ASRA sponsors get the race newsletter mailing. It's to costly to send our newsletter out to the full list @ 180 people 4 or 5 times a season. We would rather see that money go back to our racers in one way or another. All the info that is in the newsletter usually ends up on here anyway.
