You would think that NHRA would realize that members with Competition Numbers or Licenses are RACERS, and would rather have a paper rule book than a "Fan Guide" that is titled for fans, not racers. You would think that with NHRAs member data base, they could tell which member was a racer,and who was just a fan, and sent a rule book to a racer, and a fan guide to a non racer, or at least give you the choice on which book you prefered.

As you can tell by my username, I am a fan; but I would much rather have a paper rule book than the silly "Fan Guide".
