Re: SS/B is getting more interesting
We've had SS/B cars running 9-teens to 8-90's @ 147-148 MPH for awhile now.
Just goes to show you how much those CJ's are holding back on their ET as the MPH is just as good as those running in the 8's. Thanks to on-board computers we now have invisible throttle stops that can not be detected or monitored. That or they just spin the tires all through 1st gear!

It also went 147 mph ... actual ... in Denver. That's unreal. Add: The 9.387 isn't its best run either. Went 9.320 in Rd. 1. 8.64 corrected.

Re: SS/B is getting more interesting
The factor is not as acurate if the car is blown or turbocharged. Of course they are underrated, but the factor would be differant if all cars were pressurized.

Re: SS/B is getting more interesting
His father, Alan, is already on the entry list in GT/IA. If Todd enters, class elims. in SS/B will have T-bolts, 427 'Vettes, a '64 Hemi Plymouth, maybe a 390 AMX, and Todd's 2010 CJ; that's worth the price of admission.
