Bruce Fulper, I resent the use of your video taping of me and posting it on the internet without my permission. I am still owed a balance on the '82 Firebird I sold you which I am willing to forgive, but I feel manipulated and must recant the statements made on the videotape.

Key word in the video was "settled". As in all credit collection accounts, you have "settled for mount due" or "settled for less than the amount due". One method of settlement indicates the creditor received what was due, the other method of settlement indicates the creditor took what he could get and called it quits.
Maybe a lesson learned is let sleeping dogs lay.

Which is it? Does Bruce owe you money or not? If he does why did you go on camera and say he did not? If he doesn't why did you think he was filming you? This makes no sense.
