Default LT1 PCV Advice

I just built a stock eliminator LT1 fuel injected motor and have made several runs on the dyno. I hooked up the stock PCV system (hose on passenger side valve cover to TB and then PCV valve to intake below TB). Today I pulled the throttle body off because I was curious and sure enough the intake was coated with oil.

Should I just go ahead and delete the PCV? Or is it worth it to try and either baffle the oil separator under the intake or try another way to eliminate oil entering the intake?

Appreciate any help!
