2014 Camaro
Which combo just went 1.20 under? Was it the 350/530? If so, shouldn't it now be rated at 547 via the 3.25% and an AAA car only?

BTW - I do not think they got the record at 8.75 - I think they had to take the back up slower number at 8.85 - back up does not have to be within 1% However - I would say again - I never know all of the rules Ron

Re: 2014 Camaro
Glenn,
If you build one, the rest of us are screwed so no.....I don't have one. Ha. NHRA posted this combo as receiving 12 horsepower on 7/22/14. It should get 17 horsepower and have a factor of 5.8-something instead of 6.0.

Re: 2014 Camaro
MikeFicacci, it should have been given 18 hp not 12 or 17, round up from 17.22 to 18 hp. Tom

Re: 2014 Camaro
So has NHRARacer.com stopped announcing when the AHFS has been enacted on individual race basis?

Re: 2014 Camaro
It was the 350 - 530..... now 548 because of the run that was more than 1.23 under.
It's in the guide, but the notice was not posted. 5.93 factor.

Re: 2014 Camaro
Just so you all know the guide was corrected this morning -- yesterday and earlier today it said 542
The update date is today -- it was 7/22 Glad they got it right Ron

Re: 2014 Camaro
The correct horsepower of 548 is now posted in the Classguide. Thanks to all who noticed and made NHRA aware of the mistake.
