Banquet This Weekend Feb5th

Looking forward to seeing our ASRA friends and supporters this weekend. Great opportunity to Party with our Champ GREG GAY

A couple of notes

The annual ASRA meeting will be at 2pm. There will be reports from the board and election of board members, along with discussion and schedule info.

The social hour starts at 6:00 in the courtyard area which is between the Bar and the Pool.
Your ticket says the banquet starts at 630, when actually the social hour starts at 6 and at around 7 we will move to the banquet room and I am guessing that the meal will be at 730 or so. Awards,raffles,music and dancing to follow.

Donations of raffle prizes are welcomed and appreciated.

We will have a raffle for a years membership, tickets can be purchased at the annual meeting or at the banquet with the winner drawn at the banquet.

Please come out and join us for a night of fine dining and dancing. Along with some bench racing and good laughs as we celebrate with the 2010 champions.
This year the banquet will be at the newly remodeled Sturbridge Host, with it’s large fireplace centered in the lobby along with the indoor pool and hot tub. Even if you can’t make the banquet, stop in for our Rules Meeting at 2pm. Pick up a 2011 ASRA schedule, find out the latest ASRA news and say hello.

Directions: Mass Pike Exit 9 to Rt. 20 west, follow the signs for Sturbridge.. Hotel is on Rt. 20, behind Piccadilly Pub.
