Re: 2016 Drag Pak
None of the pro classes are healthy. When force and Schumacher quit, retire or loose major sponsor money there is no one to fill the spots. Car counts have never been as low as I have seen this year across the board. Pro and Sportsman. Div 1 and 3 seem to be doing the best for sportsman car counts. Stock seems a bit better off than super stock at most events.

Re: 2016 Drag Pak
Same car with updated rear & front plastics, interior, and the new shootout combos?

Re: 2016 Drag Pak
Not bad, but not really workable. Rules that require teardown to enforce, and the ability of the factories to game the system. Neither of which will be popular. NHRA is not going to want to tear them down, and competitors are not going to like the idea of being obsolete every time one of the other companies decides to make a move. Not sure 360 cubic inches and a minimum weight as you propose will result in an ET/MPH that's going to please the average crowd (we're not the average crowd) either.

Re: 2016 Drag Pak
Nice car, as is all the new stuff. I am just surprised no one has come out with a turbo combination because it would make those blower cars slow overnight. Blowers are not the in thing in any other form of drag racing right now. Turbo lag = the point in time you think you had a chance.

Re: 2016 Drag Pak
Those are all old technology. I meant Drag week, Fastest street car,Pro Mod and some of the outlaw classes. Just my opinion but have Ford put a twin turbo on the SCJ Mustang(rumoured) and watch the blower cars start to complain.

Thanks, I wouldn't have it any other way, especially since they were my idea. They are available to anyone. But too bad Holeshot doesn't have the wheel contract, even if the pentastar isn't an obvious Chrysler symbol anymore.
