Default G body manual brake master cylinder

Looking for a kit. Wanting to remove the booster from the Monte. Where can I find a kit with plate, push rod, and master cylinder, that's easy to install

Look at the "Under the Index for Under a Grand" thread. Quick and easy AND safe. BTW, I never even took the orig. MC off of the car.

I took a m/c off an '81 Chevy truck with manual brakes (aluminum / plastic) with the pushrod and pushrod retainer, had to fab up the mount plate and customize the rod length, no differential valve at all, works well.

Whatever you do, don't forget to positively retain the m/c push rod.

About $40 for a new m/c once I fitted it all up.

Couldn't be mush easier than this.
I did one like this back in about 1985. Never had a problem.

You could drill the hole in the piston deeper and use a longer rod, if it makes you feel better, but not necessary if you use a retainer and WELD it all together. No threaded adjusters
I don't believe you will need to buy a manual m/c.

Made it even easier:
