Re: Pure Stock HP Adjustment
Jerry,
It's under "Competition" on the IHRA website - Look for "Class Racing Information" and then "Horsepower Adjustments". It's a cumulative list, so you have to use the "find" command on your browser to locate your particular combination. Lew

Re: Pure Stock HP Adjustment
I'm sure there's an interesting story behind this change, Dan.
I think the engine should be the 175 HP "350", which was factored to 275 HP (!) for Stock. Hopefully we'll see more Malibu 'wagon's now!

Re: Pure Stock HP Adjustment
Dan I wish I had it to bring back, we also had a couple of Pure Stocker"s Mr Isom built one and I got it and then he built another one for him.I played on the street and he raced his and did well. We raced with I believe his name was Bill Devro he had a real nice Camaro Z28 67 or 68 ?? anyway it was a blast.

Re: Pure Stock HP Adjustment
I built a 69 low hp 350 Nomad wagon and was very successful locally. Sold it as a roller and wondered who ended up owning it?
I think it went east..... Any one have an idea? Thanks |

Frame off, modified, reinforced, new parts and powder coated. All rust removed. Floor pans, rear quarter. No time to finish. Have Budd Rowe engine and lots of new parts.. Tired of working on it. Bought it from Bob LaSala in 1972. I like my Pure Stocker. D |
