At Pomona, I ran 110.66 in my Chevelle first time run Thursday. Tach indicated 7465 RPM at the end. 5.57 gears, Hoosier 9 inch radial slicks, it felt like the engine probably wouldn't go much higher. The formula there is something like 68 RPM per MPH. The real fast 283 cars with 6. 14's at 103-105 must be over 8000. Scary to think about.

97mph / 7800 rpm
6.14 9x30 yep theres some slip but comes with the convertor flash@ 5500 283 with 2004 shubecks :0 jack
