Re: Al and Bev Provoast update....
I remember talking with Al at the Gators many years ago. Long before I became a tech guy and he used to have a little statue made from engine parts standing on the roof of his olds. He talked like we had been friends forever. I will never forget.

Re: Al and Bev Provoast update....
An outstanding couple, they were always very kind to me. I spent lots of time learning Oldsmobile tricks and sharing ideas with Al. I have many fond memories of time at the track with them. Al helped me from the first time we met until the last time he ran BIR.
I miss seeing them and wish the best for them, Prayers & positive thoughts to you, as always. Thanks for everything my friends. Glen DeMenge

Re: Al and Bev Provoast update....
They came here one time, had a burned piston in their motorhome. Al and I worked on the engine while Bev cooked for us, washed my clothes and raked the leaves in my yard, what great people!

Re: Al and Bev Provoast update....
Prayers and positive thoughts heading there way. I have very fond memories of myself and Al battling it out in N/SA in Brainerd. A nicer couple of people will never be found. Al was always encouraging me to keep working on my car and maybe someday I would catch that damn station wagon with my Mustang! When I finally did he was as happy as I was and told me he was proud of me. What a guy. It's people like Al and Bev that made the FAMILY sport what it is.
