Default Ishihara-Johnson Crank Scrapers MIA?

Anyone dealt with them lately? Paid for a tray and scraper back in December, still no parts. No returned phone calls or response to emails either.

It did not take me as long as you have waited. But I did wait a fair bit to get the stuff I ordered. I would keep calling until you get someone.

They are hard to contact. They do Nascar and roundy round. They keep strange hours. You need to be persistent. It is worth it.

I also experienced a delay. I contacted them and reminded them that I had ordered the scraper and paid--it appeared soon thereafter. I suspect they mean well but have a lot of irons in the fire. I haven't used the product yet but it did look very nice.

I got a call this morning. This forum works, not the first time I've seen something of this nature be corrected by a thread here.

Bringing this one back from the dead. I ordered from them about 10 years ago. It took a little bit. But I got my stuff. Now I ordered last January. And I’ve got nothing for my money. They have said a couple of times via email it would ship. But it never has. Has anybody ordered lately and got their parts?

I ordered their scraper and windage tray. It took a good 9 months. The guys name is Kevin Johnson. PM me for his phone #. He usually responds to texts as well.
