Re: Decal adhesive remover
Lighter fluid works great. Get it at home depot under the name Naphtha.

Re: Decal adhesive remover
Ended up using a product called Goof Off Pro Strength. It softened the adhesive and then a scraper rolled the adhesive off. These little scrapers are pretty slick...different shaped corners helped conform to the curves the body has.
Thanks for the suggestions. -Al

Re: Decal adhesive remover
Race gas works very well as does WD-40. After either just use a window cleaner to get rid of any residue.
Never had any issues with them damaging paint.

Re: Decal adhesive remover
You guys should know that most racing gas contains lead and that it is easily absorbed through pores in your skin. Lead is one of those heavy metals that the human body can not get rid of. Try unleaded fuel or stick to the WD-40.

Re: Decal adhesive remover
Try using a Spray Lubricant ( Wal-Mart ) $1.99 & soft towel and rub lightly !!!
It will be gone in a few mins. and the paint will have nice protective shine .. It also removes rubber & dirt / grease .. Good luck
