Epoxy/sealer for carb inlet fitting to bowl
Racers,
Please recommend an epoxy/sealer that I can use to permanently seal/bond fuel inlet fittings into Holley float bowl. Thanks |

JB Weld it is - just let it cure really good before you use the carb.

Larry:
I tried to respond to your PM but it said you do not receive them and wouldn't sent it through. I use a product called MT-13 from Smooth-On.com. It was recommended to me by a gentleman that used to work for Rochester and now restores carburetors. He simply hates JB Weld. I repaired a friends Q-Jet the other day exactly the way you are wanting to do the Holley and I felt very good about the finished product. It's expensive but sounds like that carb is worth it. Good luck. Danny |
