Quadrajet help
Building a 305 engine for super stock, have lot of parts accumulated over the years to put something decent together. Main question I have is what casting quadrajet is desirable. A reputable carb builder mentioned the "207" casting is the best, but tough to find in decent shape for a decent price BEFORE it gets redone by a professional. Anyone have any feedback or success using other casting #'s? Thanks for any helpful info.

Re: Quadrajet help
Call Steven Cozakos. He has built me three 207's this year. Unbelievable how great his carbs are and a great guy also. His number is +1 (425) 985-6285. I wouldn't have anyone else build one! And he is very reasonable!

Re: Quadrajet help
Thanks Ryan, is that the only casting you tried? I see a lot of 202's some 208's. Was your guy adamant about only using a specific casting?

Re: Quadrajet help
Yes I have only used 207 castings. He has built a lot of other castings like the 202's. I just requested the 207's. He could answer these questions for you.
