just purchased a july 2nd 1971 national dragster, found a story about the track here is the info form the story
TOP FUEL RETURNS TO CORNHUSKER Jack Mitchell & Howdy Williams, Howdy won with a 7.30 at 200.44 pass. Comp eliminator Hoot Gibson/George Crow in their AF/D Chevy beat Ron Ellis with a 7.95 at 186.02 pass Modified eliminator Mike Daughertys chevy ran a 12.77 at 112.97 to beat Bob Belik both drivers from omaha Super stock Jim Schlotman & Jim Hayes raced, the win going to Scholtman in his plymouth with a 121.29 ,11.42 et pass. Jim Hays was driving the former Macs Chevrolet 69 Camaro Jim ran a very close 11.57 ET Schlotman got the holeshot at the lights |

The Grove Bros A/G opel was driven by Jim Grove, who won the Div 5 Modified title over John Prestons Wunderbug Carmen Ghia who won the Modified title at the last Cornhusker WCS race and was also r/u @ the World Finals at Amarillo that year. He moved out west and won the 75 Div 7 Mod championship by winning 4 of the 5 div races. Broke in the final round of the 5th race.
