Mineshaft was in effect and permanent CIC for the car began at .65 under. Martino took .03 permanent off his personal index as long as he's driving in C/SM. Permanent hits to everyone in class begins at runs under .72 under original class index.

Complicated Eliminator LOL!

Not sure if it is his personal index and/or if C/SM got whacked, but that's brutal. Spread between #1 (-.740) and #21 (-.498) is .242.

In the third round Tom went -.52 under which lowered his index .02 for the semi final against Aragona. In that round he went .66 under which lowered it another .16 hence the -.18 in the finals. He will have his personal index lowered .08 come tomorrow and the class index will remain the same. But in Aragona's case, he already had 10 personal against him and he ran -.69 vs Tom so he will move the J/AA class index another .09 down.

Greg

ps if you have no personal index, you have to run -.71 under to move the class index

Why .08 on the personal? If mineshaft is in effect, -.65, wouldn`t C/SM lose.01?
Complicated for me

There is a Comp forum on this site that is under utilized, so maybe this subject matter might enhance its existence.

How many of you understand what really goes into a very well developed set of heads? I don't mean the run of the mill good set of heads, I mean the best of the best. It would be NOTHING to have 200 hours in a killer set of heads, in many cases welding is required, on and off the flow bench many many times per port X 16, then theres getting the right castings to start with, it goes on and on. And don't kid yourself flow through the intake tract is every thing on a stocker. What your time worth? As a side note, theres no old school small block Chevy head that responds (flows) like certain castings of the 441 used on that 255 HP combo, head porters know exactly what I'am talking about!

"in many cases welding is required, "

Silly me. I didn't know that that was legal. Why don't we just throw all the rules away?

Hey bubski, let me know who they are and I'll personally stop by their pit and piss on their sneakers. What's a dyno?
