New classes are for factory race cars only. Jeff's combo is a street challenger. Any new street car that is put in the guide still falls in regular classes just as it has always been.

Good morning everyone, 7:00am and there is more than dozen cars in the staging lanes already for our 8:am start. The weather is no better than yesterday. Its going to be a hot one.

Need a caption on which Emmons, took a picture with them a few years back and it amazes friends when they come over. I had no hat so it is easy to find me:-)

Schedule said cars in the water at 8 a.m. and the first pair of Stockers was right on schedule for Q3. As Ken noted, it will be another hot day today but right now, it's not so bad so I'd expect the bump to move a bit. For those who didn't get into the field yesterday, this is probably their best shot so I'm sure there were lots of oil changes, iced intakes, etc. this morning.

For those who can get the audiocast, you are blessed with Brian Lohnes, who is one of the best we have. Nice to hear someone with so much enthusiasm even at 8 a.m.

I'll be here most of the day so if you've got any questions, fire away and I'll do my best to answer.
