I appreciate Lee and Brian sticking their necks out to put this race together. Special thanks to White, Welker & Welker, LLC and Glenn McDonald for a combined $100 for the longest tow. It helped take some of the sting out of the first round loss. I was looking forward to the opportunity of racing against more NHRA regulars and only had a chance to talk to a couple of racers I don't normally race against.

I do feel bad for Mark Faul from Washington state. But he did FLY in. ;)

It's all good Myron. Lee and Brian made it perfectly clear to me over and over it was the longest tow, not long distance award. LOL
Was just happy to be there. And I bet you had more hours getting there anyway than I had in the 8.5 hour flight plus 3 hour tow from Lee's place near Baltimore.

lol Yea, about 13 to Maryland on Thursday and another 4 to the track.
Glad the guys told us another way to tow back besides the way we came.

A very well run race at a great dragstrip and facility. Thanks to Lee, Brian and especially the Dimino Family for putting super stockers and stocker center stage and making US feel like the stars of the show. They somehow did this without slighting their bracket program too. Very well thought out, I will definitely be back.

The traction was as good as it gets and so was the driving. I had the best streak of 60' times I ever printed... 6 slips in a row with the IDENTICAL to the thousandth 60 ft time.

If anyone found something to complain about this weekend, there is no hope for them lol.
Also thanks to Billy Leber for the loaner ride while my other cars are down south with the "Jamaican Wonder" lol.
