"They" would be Charlie and his father Charlie Sr. Been around for a while. Little surprised that they are an unknown for someone posting on this forum.

Thanks..........for being decent enough to provide that.
Unlike some of the others.
I don't follow the Hemi shootout but after the post about Wescott trying Pro Stock , it picked my curiousity.
So naturally , I view'd You Tube for Hemi shootout videos.
Not a Hemi guy , but cool to watch..........retro-skinned Pro Stockers .

Joe, Hardly a retro-skinned Pro Stocker or even close but everyone I have seen since the 90's have been very refined Super Stockers with impeccable workmanship and fast and very expensive to run. The Wescotts and Bartons have spent years of research and development on these motors and parts massaged to max. Their performance is far more impressive to me than a Pro Stock car. JMT.

MIR had a race every year just be the Summer Nationals at Englishtown; where NHRA an IHRA pro stock could run each other for one night a year. it has been a while, so I can't remember the name of the race or the rules, but it was a big thing here on the east coast for a long time.

I remember some IHRA big motor guys coming over to try NHRA. Not a one could hit their butts.

Joe, to answer your question; I think they are in the drywall business. (Jackson Drywall)

In the context of this thread , of which all my replies are.......I asked the question about Wescott , not that it matters , honestly , I could care less........but since he came UP and has more than his share of "nutswingers".........and I had seen nothing of an engine building business , which prompted the simple question ........what does this guy do for a living , as I can't imagine drag racing pays the bills.....and there's no indication that he has an engine business..........which brought the question and exactly the kind of replies I anticipated. You guys are too easy and predictable.....Geezus , lighten up.
.........ask me what I do for a living , I'd be happy to tell.........big deal.

I

We don't care
