Yea some guys complained as much as 40 pounds light---that is unacceptable--either the previous races were wrong or these scales are wrong--- I can see 5-10 but not 40 was

Most of us just go across the scales while warming up each day. Scales at some tracks aren't even the same each day. Add or remove to/from the ballast box as needed.
Some of us run 150/200 heavy and don't worry about it. LOL

One year there was 30 pounds difference between the 2 scales at Charlotte. There was a heads up between Greg Rowe and Mickey Whaley that Greg won by .015 and had to go to the pro side(light side) to weigh after the run.

Well it has been a long, hot, dusty day but we won class so all is well!!

And then Jimmy Hidalgo had a scruptious shrimp boil!! Thanks, Jimmy!

And then Stan and Sheila Holt had pastalaya that was great and of course their strawberry margeritas and pina coladas! Thanks Stan and Sheila!!

I took a few pictures, but I am having trouble with Photobucket so hopefully I will be able to post them later.

My goodness, four day race, only 2 time runs, and they actually ran 1st round of SG on Thursday...
